What to do in an emergency situation
In Case of Accident
Call emergency services (112 in Europe). Move to safety if possible. Document the scene with photos. Report through the app.
Vehicle Breakdown
Turn on hazard lights. Move to a safe location. Contact roadside assistance. Notify your passenger through the app.
Conflict Resolution
Stay calm and de-escalate. If you feel unsafe, end the ride at a safe public location. Report the incident immediately.
Medical Emergency
Call 112 immediately. Provide first aid if trained. Share your location with emergency services.

All drivers undergo ID verification. They can also submit insurance documents for additional verification, earning the "Insurance Verified" badge.

When many passengers are searching for a route with few available rides, we show a "High demand" indicator and suggest a higher price to drivers posting new rides. This helps attract more drivers to popular routes, increasing ride availability for everyone. Surge multipliers range from 1.2x to 2.0x and are based on real-time search volume vs. available rides in the last 2 hours.
