Three steps to your next adventure
One booking, start to finish
Two seats on a €18 ride, so you can see exactly where the money goes and what happens if plans change. Illustrative figures — real prices are set by each driver.
A seat is listed at €18. You book 2 seats, so the total is €36. That is the whole amount — WheelFriends adds no booking fee, no service charge and no surge markup, and the driver cannot change the price after you book.
Nothing is charged online. You hand the driver €36 in the car, usually in cash, so agree in the chat beforehand if you need to split it or pay another way.
The ride page shows the route, but the exact meeting spot is settled with the driver in the app — message them once the booking is confirmed. Check their name, photo and car before you get in.
Nothing has been paid, so a cancelled ride costs you nothing. Tell the other person as early as you can: cancellations are recorded and shown as a cancellation rate on your profile.
